TERMS and conditions

Payments to be setup by Go Cardless for the first of each month. Paid in advance. For any failed direct debit payments, an additional charge of £1.50 per child will be added to your payment.  Card details are retained on the system and will be used for automatic payment if payments are outstanding after the 1st of the month. 

One months notice is required to cancel your lessons. All cancellations must be in writing and sent to info@swimfocus.co.uk or through the messaging function on the parent portal. 

No refunds will be given for missed classes due to swimmer illness, holidays etc. Should an instructor be unwell or unable to attend a lesson a cover instructor will be provided where possible. If this is not possible, we reserve the right to cancel the lesson. You will not be charged for the session.In the event of adverse weather conditions or issues with the pool venue you will be contacted by email or text to advise the lesson has been cancelled. You will not be charged for this session.

1. All pupils are responsible for their own possessions, e.g. goggles etc
2. Jewellery should not be worn during lessons
3. Parent/guardians are responsible for their child's safety pre and post lesson
4. Instructors must be notified of any medical conditions prior to the lesson, e.g. asthma etc
5. Swimmers and parents/guardians must adhere to all rules relating to the venue they are attending
6. When entering poolside please remove outdoor footwear or use shoe covers where provided
7. No food to be consumed by poolside
8. Parents/guardians must remain on the premises throughout the lessons 

We will communicate about lessons by text or email unless you contact us to opt out.

There should be no photography or filming during lessons
